As a mental health therapist with a master’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, I offer seven years of experience in treating children, teenagers, young adults, and adults. I'm nationally certified in TF-CBT, a CAMS clinician, and am skilled at treating depression, anxiety, anger, PTSD, and ADHD. My approach is practical, humorous, and always evidence-based. I work collaboratively with clients on treatment goals and adjust as indicated. I offer flexible appointments on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays.
